Hi, I’m JN. I’ve always been fascinated by the built environment. I grew up doing my homework in the showrooms of home appliances companies. My mom worked for 11 years in home appliances sales, doing everything from marketing to sales to office admin.
Over the last year, I conducted user interviews with 50+ contractors and participated in 8 installs and ride-alongs. I couldn’t believe that the sales process hadn’t changed at all in the 20 years since I had seen it last.
That’s why I built a team to bring cutting-edge tools to home services sales. We believe the sales process for everything in the home is undergoing a complete modernization and we want to help every business get there.
